Ground rods at a cell site tower with existing services fed from common source i.e tap box CT box

Do I need new grounds rods when I install new Meter base and disconnect? where other meters and disconnects are in same area?

Or do I want all Grounds rods in Area of grouped disconnects connected to existing ground rods?
