Ground Rods

My favorite County Inspector was having difficulty passing a service I built because I installed the required ground rods inside the crawl space. He told me that he couldn't inspect them. I told him that the code said accessible not readily accessible. Sometimes I think he goes out of his way to be difficult.

more like didn't want to. The thing is that I specifically showed it to him before the mason put up the block/brick. I used these same ground rods for the T-pole. As my Daughters would say Whatever.......

Sounds like they were driven before the building was constructed...
