Tom, that section will be rewritten to put the grounding conductor in the main rule but using and re-grounding the neutral conductor at the second building will still be permitted as an exception. This will make it clear that they want the grounding conductor used but, if the requirements of the exception can be met, just the neutral conductor may be used.Originally posted by Tom Baker:
