Ground Size

I have a 400amp meter which my POCO now calls a 300 amp.
I am feeding two 200 amp 3phase panels side by side from this meter.
I am feeding the meter with two parallel 4/0 AL per phase.
I am feeding the panels with single 4/0 AL per phase.

What size does the ground have to be?

let us go to chapter 9 table 8 conductor properties size 4/0 is 211600 x 2 (wires) =423200 now go to250.66 under al. chart this is between 250 through 500 follow chart to right a no.2 cu.or 1/0 AL.
