First question: What size ground stud do I need in an electrical panel that has 575Vac, 200 amp service?

Second question: What is the minimum Air Gap between buss bars for a three phase 575Vac, 200 Amp service?

1st question....ground screws are 10-32's, as far as studs go....???? Most likely a design issue.
