Have done a couple of services with the 200amp switch (Service Main) outside.
On the previous ones I have terminated my bare ground from the SER on one of the lugs adjacent to the neautral lug on the load side. The ones adjacent to the neautral on the line side I've always used for my cold water and ground rod terminations. Of course, in the panel the SER ground I terminated on the ground bar.
The previous jobs were in different jurisdictions and they passed inspection as wired above.
I noticed two lugs come with 200amp disconnect and was wondering If I should instead use one of these to terminate the SER ground to the can.
The bonding screw is installed. I have a 2" PVC nipple between the disconnect and the meter can. Is the neautral enough of a bond between the meter and the switch or does your munisipality require an additional bond.

OK Guys, have at me!!!!

It really doesn't matter whether you use one of the large neutral lugs, or one of the ground-bar lugs in the main service panel. As long as the conductor fits, and the lug is rated for that size of wire.

The PVC nipple is fine as well. Saves you the trouble of having to use set screw lock rings on your main lines from the meter box.

Where in MD are you?
