Can someone help me on were to fine in the code book information on sizing the ground wire for a main service or from a transformer to the load center, or if there is a simple calculation

I have as an example a 100 amp 3 Phase main running # 2 THHN what is the calculation to determine the ground size I have been told that it is a # 4,

I just need to have the ability to determine this myself
