Transformer 480v-pri.208v-sec. Secondary 400 amps 3/0 copper parrelled to feed 400amp breaker.99codebook. Size the ground for bld.steel by the size of conductors.250-66. As I read for parrell connections refers back to 250-122 size to ocpd. Would this be correct?

Re: ground wire to bld. steel

3/0 is 167,800 cmils, so the paralleled 3/0s total 335,600 cmils. From Table 250.66, the GEC must be at least #2 copper. Table 215.122 is not used grounding electrode conductors.
