Grounded B phase 240v delta secondary

Have a 3p 480v panel feeding a new 3p 3w 240v delta 75 KVA XF. Does a secondary phase need to be grounded and what Phase? (B?) How is it to be bonded/grounded?
Any code section on this anybody knows of

Welcome to the forum.

Take a look at 250.20 and 250.21 for which AC systems are required to be grounded or not.

Also take a look at 250.30 for the grounding requirements for separately derived systems.
