Grounded conductor in AC disconnect after inverter

Should the grounded (white) AC conductor after the inverter be landed on the same terminal strip in the AC disconnect as the grounding conductor?

No, unless the disconnect is a main with a line side tap from the service. Generally, the disconnect would be treated like a sub-panel. The AC grounded conductor and the grounding conductor should be isolated from each other.

In addition, the grounded conductor should not be switched in the AC disconnect for grid tied inverters.
