Hello,
We installed a PV system recently and were cited on inspection according to section 300.3(B). We had run the hot conductor of the AC line from the inverter to junction box, with the grounded conductor. From there we routed to the hot line to an indoor meter, then to a remote disconnect located outside, and returned it to the same junction box. We were cited for failure to include the grounded conductor in the meter/disconnect loop. There is room in the conduit for the grounded conductor, but it seemed unnecessary. Any comments?
