This is a new one. The "electrician" bent a bare 10awg copper in half and used it to connect the grounded conductor for this 50A circuit (feeds a 100A sub panel). Creativity at its finest.

well a number 10 bent over on itself has got to be good for at least 60A, right?

Especially since that #6 wire probably would have fit in that terminal bar just fine.
