I am installing two sub meters on one of our dorms. There is a tap can fed with 4160, from it two transformers are being fed, a 1200 amp 120/208y and an 800 amp 120/208y. Whoever installed this did not pull a grounded "nutral" from the secondary on the 1200 to the panels inside, just a ground. I think this is somthing that needs to be addressed. Any thoughts would be helpful
