Grounding 3 services in a building?

Do I need 2 ground rods for each service in the same room in a building. I have 3 separate switch gear services in the same electrical room do I need to run 2 ground rods for each gear or can I just install 2 rods and combine them to a common ground bar in the room.

There should be one Grounding Electrode System for the building and all the services supplying the building should tie to it. With that said, do you actually have one service feeding three mains?
