Grounding 480V power supply Under ground

We have a facility that is 200 feet underground. We need to ground or power supply. We want to use an electrode. We plan to drill through the concrete wall which is 2 feet thick. On the other side is bedrock. How deep should we drill the electrode into the rock?

Locate a portion of the rebar, chip out enough concrete to make a good connection. This should be a better ground than a rod in a rock.
