grounding a trough

when entering and exiting a larger enclosure, in this case a 3' x 8" x8" Hoffmann wire trough, with several conduit runs does every ground in every conduit need to be bonded to the trough. If so can I just use a grounding terminal strip.

That's likely under or near 250.4. It likely will not be worded as you asked. Such as 250,A (4)
Depending on conditions, locations, hazardous, etc..

If the circuit conductors are spliced or terminated within the trough, the circuit EGC needs to be bonded to the trough. See 250.148 for the specifics.

Yes, you can use a [properly installed ;)] grounding terminal strip.
