Grounding and bonding/ electrically continuously

I need to bond this piece of flex to the cable tray with out removing the flex, does anyone have an idea or a UL listed fitting other than the regular connector with an exterior lug. The white bushing is not UL listed for that purpose, thats for rigid conduit.

I like that one and i have seen it on garvin supplies, can it be use on liquid tight flex

We can't tell what's going on in the picture. It may meet code already. Adding a grounding bushing may not do anything even if the desire is to go above code. Until the questions Brian John asked are answered we won't know what to recommend.
