I have a portible generator that I am feeding a 100amp 3 phase 480vac temporary power panel to charge forklifts. My question is I have continuity between the neutral and groud lugs so I am assuming this is the system bond N/G. This is a temporary set-up at remote locations I am not tying the N/G in the panel because it seems to be already done internally in the generator. Question is do I need to install a ground rod at the panel and tie it to the panel to meet NEC?
