Does anyone have experience with ground and bonding for a steel roller coaster? Looking foe NEC requirements if any.

I would think supports and track would be considered building steel. See 250.104(C) among other sections. I do not believe a roller coaster is different than a steel frame building as far as the NEC is concerned.

Note that the NEC is not a lightning protection standard.

Nothing in the NEC that I can think of. There are a handful of ASTM standards covering amusement park rides. I’d expect that electrical requirements would be covered in them somewhere.
