Grounding and Bonding

Does anyone know how I would go about grounding a 12" water pipe?

You could bond it, but why would you want to?

That's an awfully short pipe.

Sorry I wasn't too clear on that question. The pipe is 12" in diameter and is the water supply to a building. I haven't been able to find a pipe clamp that big and was just wondering if anyone else has had to bond a pipe that big and how they did it.

talk to the pipe fitters or plumbers and attach a lug to the flange bolts (if the AHJ accepts)

I bought one for a 12" it was big bucks IIRC (125 bucks) maybe more. I would also try the flange bolt if you can.
