Grounding Bar in Classified Area

Stupid question #1:
Is it ok to mount a grounding bar inside a Class 1 Div 2 area? And is it also ok to connect the structural steel in that classified area to the grounding bar?
The grounding bar is used for grounding of electrical control enclosures, I.S. Barriers, and drain wires from analog instrumentation.
Thanks in advance for any help/direction.
