Grounding barn subpanel ?

First post of a rookie so be kind. I gave up trying to find answer first.

I am in Central Texas north of Austin outside city limits of Liberty Hill. I have a 30 x 40 barn on a slab (with rebar) about 10 feet from the service panel on the pole which services the house about 100 feet away with 200 amps.

I installed a subpanel in the barn and wired some gonzo mains and neutral through buried conduit the short distance from the service panel to the barn subpanel (sorry, forgot the aught number but rated well over 100 amps) after installing a 100 amp breaker pair in the service panel.

The question now is grounding the barn's subpanel. I assume I figure out how to somehow drive into this rocky soil two 8 foot copper rods (bought at Lowe's for the purpose) right next to the subpanel separated by 6 feet. And then connect the rods to the subpanel ground bus (or is it the green screw ?) with 4 AWG copper. The 4 AWG ground wire would run up the outside of the conduit which carries the mains/neutral running into the subpanel and be held to the conduit by cable ties around the conduit.

Would this do it, or am I missing something ?

Thanks, Bob
