Grounding bonding in meter can and term box

Po co has a #6 bare ground at the pole. Do I need to take this up to the meter? The g.e.c. And grounded conductor are bonded at the meter. See pictures. I would then run three wires to my terminal box 2 phases one grounded conductor. Do I need to use the bonding jumper provided in the terminal box as long as it’s adequate using 250.102(c) ? Or do I only need to bond at the meter. I would then run 3 wires underground from term box to 2 separate 100a main panels setting 2 ground rods at each service. grounds and neutrals bonded at both 100a services. Any panels after the 2-100a main panels would be considered sub panels and need to be isolated...

Gec is ran to meter, run three wires from load side of meter to term box. Use bonding jumper provided In term box to bond grounds and neutrals, run 3 wires to each 100 a service, set ground rods and bond at each 100a service disconnect.

Depends on the POCO. Ours won't let you bond to the meter socket. Others require it.
