We have a 200 amp 480V disconnect fed thru a conduit into the bottom with a ECCENTRIC type knockout . There is no single bonding jumper from the grounding bushing to the can . The ground that was pulled with the feeder attaches to the bonding bushing and then ties onto the ground lug in the disconnect . Is this acceptable way to bond the ground bushings or does it have to be a seperate jumper ? ( See Exibit 100.4 ) 2011 handbook .

Provided that the EGC terminal in the disconnect is properly bonded to the can then what you describe would be fine.
