Grounding Bushing

100 amp service on a house. a 12" nipple from meter base to service panel through the wall with rigid metal conduit. must I use grounded bushings on both ends of the nipple ? what code article please.
 
Just one side. The nipple is only required to be bonded by a means other than a standard locknut. If there is no concentric or eccentric KO's then you can us a bonding locknut and forget the bonding bushing. Take a look at 250.92(B).
 
You're merely bonding the conduit, not using it as a current pathway; the service neutral does that up to the main disco.
