If using EMT and using set screw or compression connectors and need to use grounding bushing or similar what are the options?

A separate grounding bushing or a connector with a with a grounding lug? Thanks

What voltage? Below 250 volts to ground they're not required. Over 250 volts to ground required when there are concentric or eccentric KO's.

120V they are asking for them for underground lighting conduits that land in manhole. Although it is RGS I was thinking about EMT situation thus my question.
