Today I Came Across A Panel For Power And Lighting W/ 60 Amp Feed The Bx Riser Connected To Consentric Ko Do You Need A Gronding Bushing To Asure Groung On Pannel?

(I believe my answer is correct here..if not, more learned will advise)
In all probability No Grounding Bushing needed as most panles are UL listed with "acceptable grounding knockouts (my term)".

if its service equipment then you need a bonding bushing on the metal connector containing the service conductors.
 
Since this a power and lighting panel I'm assuming that it's voltage is not over 250 volts. Therefore a standard locknut with a concentric KO is fine. No further bonding is required.
 
250.92b1 is for metallic raceways. i forgot that it was for raceways and not just all metallic connectors. if it was a raceway then it would need to be bonded to the neutral conductor. sorry if i confused you

If it's BX (AC), I don't believe it should be a service conductor (230.43)
 
I have'nt been able to find an article for less than 250 volts that says either way. 320.108 allows ac cable to be used as an egc, so i guess thats the allowance.
