Is a grounding bushing ALWAYS required when going through the smaller KO's of an eccentric OR concentric KO, even though the EGC is attached to the disconnect with a bolt in a tapped hole?
What section do you base your answer on?
Thanks

Re: Grounding bushing

What bonds the conduit? Is the metal conduit being used as the EGC? Or is it discontinuous, the bonding bushing being used as a means to ground the metal conduit?
