do i need a grnd bushing on a 2" close nipple going from disc to inside panel ,

More facts are needed to tell you for sure, but if the disconnect has overcurrent protection and the system is <250 volts to ground, probably not.
You need to review 250.92(B), 250.96. 250.97, & 250.98 to see if any of those situations exist.
