What voltage? Amperage? Length of conduit? Which type of connector; clamp? Installed in eccentric or concentric KOs?

Depends on the size and type of flexible conduit and whether of not it qualifies as an EGC in 250.118. For larger FMC they're not required because the FMC is not considered an EGC.
