Grounding Bushings

I have a 4 sets of 500mcm running from a swithgear over to a MCC in cabletray with a 4/0 ground. I installed gounding bushings on both ends of the cables going into the equipment. How would I size the bonding jumper for the bushing off 250.66 or 250.122.

From your wording, I assume a OCP ahead of your feeders so you would size by 250.122
(for 1600 amp a 4/0)

I agree with Gus.

Take a look at 250.102(D) for sizing bonding jumpers on the load side of the service disconnecting means.
