Ist it permissable to in stall grounding conductor for ag. building 90amp sub panel feeder 240v single-phase in ditch next to pvc conduit w/ the other conductors.

Installing an equipment grounding conductor outside of a conduit in a trench would be a violation of 300.3(B).
