Grounding conductors

Is it ok to have both at same time. 1. EMT conduit with grounding bushing. 2. Green grounding conductor. Both grounding at same point in panel. Thanks!

I don't see any problem.

In some cases two equipment grounding paths (one being the raceway) are mandatory, see 517.13(A) and (B)
