Does the secondary of a 480/240 Delta Delta transformer with no grounded conductor neccesary at secondary need to have the XO or X4 connected to a grounding eletrode and sized based on 250.66; Or can the equipment ground from the supply side bond the case, the XO or X4 and ground all metal part of secondary system

Seems to me that XO should be bonded and that a egc be istalled to bond the secondary panel to clear any ground faults.

IMO only really not sure of the requierment. Help someone!!!!!!
