Grounding electrical conductor in in class one atmosphere

If I'm not mistaken for a Class 1 atmosphere the electro conductor will go from the ground rod to the copper bus this is what I saw the electrical conductor was connected to Unistrut and they use that as a bus now I'm sure in 250 does it say anything about electoral conductors need to be copper any and all information is very well appreciated thank you
