We have a 277/480 primary, 120/208 secondary, transformer (not utility) feeding a building. The transformer is outside of the building that it is supplying and about 50 feet away mounted on a rack with a service disconnect, 480 volt distribution panels, etc. The transformer is fed from a breaker in a 480 volt distribution panel right next to it, then the secondary conductors of the transformer go underground to supply a 120/208 panel in the pump station building. The plans only call for a grounding electrode at the transformer. Would the 120/208 panel inside the building also need to a connection to the equipment grounding bus from any grounding electrodes located at the building? Building steel, rebar, metallic water pipe, etc? This is a completely new building under construction.
