Grounding Electrode Conductor Fittings

What are acceptable connectors/fittings and methods for attaching Grounding Electrode Connectors NOT in a raceway to a panel board or a metal box.

Just run them through the factory supplied 5/16" opening or drill your own.

Really? No requirement to be securely fastened.

Not to the enclosure where the GEC enters.

As Roger stated you can use the small hole provided in the enclosure or drill your own.
