Grounding electrode conductor landing

When you land this conductor in seperatley derived system my system being a switched neutral generator do you land the grounding electrode under equipment ground lug tied to the system bonding jumper? Or do you land it under the neutral directly or are both permitted I'm assuming both are OK since my SBJ is a wire so it meets the exception but unsure let me know your thoughts

As mentioned when the SBJ is a wire type you can land the GEC to either the X0 or to the connection terminal where the SBJ from the X0 terminates.
