Grounding electrode conductor

What is the smallest conductor going to a ground rod. How do you size the conductor?? Do you go by the size of the breaker feeding the panel?? What code number?
 
Read all of 250.66, not just the table.

With the variety of questions you asked, I agree with Roger's suggestion that you review all of 250,66.
Everyone here wants to be helpful so I am closing the thread to allow you to check that Article first. If, after reading 250.66, you have additional questions, please post.
