Grounding in electrical panel

Just a quick question. Senario: Inside a subpanel with a service of 100 amps....2 hots, neutral and ground. Ofc two hots to their designated busses, the neutral to it's buss...where does the ground go? Can it be attached to neutral leg or straight to box?
