If you have a parallel run of 3 sets of 500 kcmill wires in separate raceways what size grounding/bonding wire is required to be ran?
Need clarification on Art. 250.30 (A)(8)(a) and (b)

I'll assume you're talking about what size equipment bonding jumper you are running in each conduit from the secondary side of the transformer to your disconnect.

250.30(A)(2) says to size it according to 250.102(C), which means we would use Table 250.66 for 500kcmil per conduit giving us a requirement to pull a 1/0 Cu EBJ per conduit.

The article you cited is for the grounded conductor which is generally referred to as the neutral. So what is the equipment grounding conductor (EGC), equipment bonding jumber (EBJ) or the neutral.

I think you are asking for the egc and that would be based on 250.122 of the OCPD. It must be whatever size that Table dictates and it must be in all 3 conduits.

Based on the Code Article you quoted, you are dealing with a SDS.
The reference you gave allows you to size the grounded conductor based on the wire size in each conduit. For 500 kcmil that would be 1/0 which is also the minimum size allowed.

Dennis,
He asked about section 250.30 so I assume the question is about a supply side bonding jumper and T250.66 would apply.
