Have a customer with a 1200 amp service/ATS outside on a pad.It has been taken out by weather,meaning water from a storm fried the GFCI.The unit would not reset.New unit factory installed.Customer wants to fabricate a metal enclosed shelter around the main/ATS.It would be about the same size as the box its in now.My question is does it need to be bonded/grounded to anything?
