I set a meter base, where utility power is coming in. I set a ground rod, and bonded from the ground rod to neutral inside of the meter. From the meter, the load conductors run to a feed through panel that has a 200a breaker, then goes to supply power for a couple breakers. Then off the load side of the feed through lugs I will be feeding a 200a panel inside of the house. What is the correct way to ground the feed through lug panel, as well as the panel inside the house?
