Grounding MV Subs

Greetings,

I am working on a project that two 15 kV substation(A and B) separately fed from different sources. The project scope is to disconnect the existing Sub B feeder and feed from Sub A.
Currently these two subs have two independent ground grid. I was wondering what I have to do for their ground grid. Please support your idea with NEC/NESC standard.

I am going to develop some drawings but for now I would like to see what different codes require since grounding is somewhat controversy between various codes.

Have you approached the local PoCo’s. Over here UKPN have a library of drawings and notes that anyone can download.
