Working on a Water Filtration system for a pharmaceutical company. And we're debating whether or not to put a ground grid under the slab and to come out of the slab in two place to each piece of process equipment. This, of course, is in addition to the grounding via the feeder to the equipment.
While I've seen such grounding, I'm wondering what it buys you? the breaker is going to trip due to a ground fault because the current will flow back to the source via the ground included with the feeder - right?
Would appreciate any feedback on this.
Thanks,
Mike
