Does a trailer used as a mobile food vender fed from the store that it is parked in front of have to have ground rods driven and attached to the trailer?

Not that it's authoritive, but I've never been required to connect a ground rod to mobile cord-n-plug connected van or trailer. I do make sure that there is a good continuity from the van/trailer frame through to the connection plug, unless everything is corded inside. (If there's a panel, it gets checked for lack of N-G bond, too. I find them about half the time.)
