yes, my question is, if i have a service meter with an outside disconnect that has been grounded with copper wire via 2ea ground rods, can i have an additional ground rod and run another copper ground wire into inside subpanel and bond into panel, grounds and neutrals in subpanel are not bonded together. I know the additional ground rod and ground wire is not needed but is there any harm here....thanks
