We have a diesle holding tank for a bu generator and a fuel filloff for fork trucks , does any of this need to be grounded ? Tanks are located next to building steel I beam and there is not a connection between them. Also we have a waste liquard tank that gets different types of oil, deisle should this be grounded , bonded ? Any other things needed for a good design ?

Since the material involved is diesel it is not a generally a classified location nor significant static disharge issue. Bonding/grounding the tanks is still in Article 250's Scope, the basic rules being 250.4(A)(4) and (B)(3) and the general concern being identifying equipment "likely to become energized."
