grounding or bonding foundation pool

i'm looking at a pool that is in doors and part of the building struture. it sits on the same foundation as the rest of the house.The foundation walls are poured concete with rod throughtout it.Three walls of the pool sit on the foundation and three walls are tied into the entire foundation.So because the metal that is in the footer and foundation are part of the pool would you need to bond these three walls to the equipment ground of the pool or keep them connected to the grounding electrode system

I don't see any reason why the steel can not be part of the grounding electrode system and part of the equipotential bonding.

I don't know what you mean by "equipment ground of the pool".
