I am feeding a 400 amp 3 phase main distribution panel with parallel feeders run in (2) 2-1/2 inch PVC pipes. Is it acceptable to run (4) 4/0 AL (3 hots and a neutral) in one pipe and (4) 4/0 AL and (1) 3/0 equipment ground in the other or do I need an equipment ground in each pipe?
